Volunteers "You make a living by what you get. You make a life by what you give." --Winston Churchill __________________________________________________________ The Home School Association can ALWAYS use additional volunteers. Not only does volunteering help our school, but it is also a great way to get involved and meet your fellow members of the St. Joseph Community! If you would like to help with our efforts, please contact Christina Hefele at: [email protected] and include the form above if possible.
More specifically volunteers are needed for hot lunch, library help, used uniform sales, all fundraisers and social activities, and miscellaneous jobs during school hours. Please contact the fundraiser/event chairperson if you’d like to volunteer! All volunteers must be Virtus trained. The website with a schedule of training sessions is www.virtus.org . __________________________________________________________
Matthew 25:35-40 ‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
1 Corinthians 13:13 'And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.'
